As a Senator, Jeff Sessions was a member of the Armed Services Committee. As a part of this committee's work, Sessions and his colleagues would routinely meet with foreign ambassadors. Last year, Jeff Sessions spoke to Ambassadors from at least 25 countries as a part of his Committee and Senate work.

Some of your colleagues are now calling for Sessions to be removed from office because one of those Ambassadors was Russian. Some are calling for his resignation, others are calling for impeachment.

All because when he was asked if he was aware of any Trump campaign contact with the Russian government, he said no.

Here's the exact question he was asked: "Have you been in contact with anyone connected to any part of the Russian government about the 2016 election, either before or after election day?" He answered, "no."

The fact that he met with Ambassadors from dozens of countries as a US Senator and member of the Armed Services Committee is literally irrelevant. But Democrats and even some RINOS - like McCain and Graham - are attacking him anyway.

We the People want to make something abundantly clear to you: Participating in this coup, this attempt to smear members of Trump's cabinet and remove them from office, will lead to your electoral defeat. I will absolutely see to it that if you take part in this effort, you are defeated at the ballot box.

This isn't a threat, it is a promise. President Trump called on you to put partisanship aside to fix the problems facing this country. You should heed his call.
