Breaking: Anti-Gun Judges Decide You Have No Right to Own an AR-15

The 4th Circuit Court just told 10 million people they have no right to own a modern rifle. Even though the Supreme Court was clear that modern firearms are protected under the 2nd Amendment, these activist judges just ruled the opposite.

When you add in similar rulings by the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, and 9th Circuit Courts, that means that more than half of Americans have lost the right to own a modern weapon. Their ownership is officially a privilege.

This is utter madness.

We killed gun control in Congress and stomped down Obama's executive orders. It is time to take on these leftist activist judges!

Yesterday, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Americans have no right to own modern firearms.

They determined that the State of Maryland's modern rifle ban was constitutional because the 2nd Amendment doesn't protect civilian ownership of military-ready firearms.

This is absolutely ludicrous.

In 1939, the Supreme Court rulled in Miller v US that it was constitutional to restrict ownership of sawed-off shotguns because they did not serve a military purpose. The ruling declared that civilians only had rights to own guns suitable for militia service.

Fast-forward to 2008. Justice Scalia wrote in the Heller decision that the 2nd Amendment also protects an individual right to own defensive firearms (in common use) unconnected with military service.

This latest ruling from the 4th Circuit completely spits in the faces of more than a century of Supreme Court precedent. With similar rulings in the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, and 9th Circuits, this now means that more than half of Americans have lost their right to own modern firearms.

We the People have risen up to kill gun control measures in Congress. We have demanded that you and your colleagues undo Obama's executive orders (which you have).

Now it is time to take on these activist judges.

You MUST intervene and restore full 2nd Amendent rights to the 52% of Americans now affected by these sham rulings.

A right delayed is a right denied. Either you take immediate action to undo this radical judicial activism or I will have no choice but to assume you support it. And I will vote accordingly...
