Another Obama-appointed Judge has stepped in to block President Trump's refugee moratorium. The California District Court Judge has ruled that Yemeni-born foreigners, who are not US citizens or permanent residents, must be allowed into the country.

He has absolutely no right to do this.

Enough is enough. We cannot let Obama's activist judges drag us backwards to reinstate these failed immigration policies. It is time for Congress to intervene and put an end to this once and for all!

Another Obama-appointed Judge has stepped forward to block President Trump's immigration pause.

This time, a Federal District Judge in California has ruled that the Trump administration must allow a few dozen Yemeni citizens into the country simply because they have family living in the US.

The same constitutional and legal authority that allowed Barack Obama to increase our refugee quotas also allows President Trump to reduce the quotas to zero.

Congress gave the President the authority to set immigration and refugee quotas. This is settled law. The fact that Obama-appointed activist judges are now stepping in to reinstate Obama's policies is shameful.

These open border policies were defeated at the ballot box. Now it is time for you to defeat them in the halls of Congress.

In previous years, you and your colleagues have voted to apply stricter vetting to the countries on President Trump's visa moratorium. Even Senator Chuck Schumer is on record as saying a refugee "pause may be necessary."

H.R. 4038, the American SAFE Act would not only codify Trump's moratorium into law but it would also statutorily require that the administration perform certified background checks before any refugee is allowed into the country.

All of Obama's appointees are coming out of the woodwork. They are legislating from the bench and forcing a refugee policy onto the country that Americans don't want and didn't vote for.

It is up to YOU to put a stop to this judicial activism.

Pass H.R. 4038 and lets move forward with making America safe again.
