Obama just gave his notice to Congress. On his last day in office, he will be releasing 18 of the worst-of-the-worst terrorists from Guantanamo Bay. Many of these terrorists will be sent to a "rehab" program in Saudi Arabia which was just implicated in re-radicalizing its prisoners...

Every single one of these terrorists has been determined by the Pentagon to pose a high risk if released. The ones slated for release include terrorists who promised to behead and bomb Americans if ever given the opportunity. What Obama is doing is treasonous. He is putting American lives at risk.

You and your colleagues previously passed a law requiring the White House to give 30-days notice to Congress before it releases any terrorists from GITMO.

Exactly 30-days before Obama leaves office, the White House notified you that they plan to release upwards of 20 of the worst-of-the-worst terrorists from Guantanamo.

Many of these terrorists will be transferred to a "rehab" program in Saudi Arabia. Just last month, that same "rehab" program was implicated in re-radicalizing its prisoners. One terrorist at Guantanamo begged his "parole" board not to release him to this Saudi program because he only wanted to wage jihad, not be brainwashed into fighting for the Saudi Royal Family...

Thanks to Wikileaks, the American public has access to all the Pentagon reports on the terrorists in GITMO. Every single terrorist left behind bars has been determined by the Military to pose a medium-to-high risk if released or transferred. Yet Obama is doing it anyway...

I don't know how else to describe it. This is treasonous. How else would you describe releasing hardened terrorists even though the intelligence shows they will never stop trying to kill Americans?

It is up to you to intervene and stop this. Barack Obama is like an angry tenant being evicted from a rental property. He is determined to trash the rental on his way out. Except instead of Obama trashing an apartment or condo, he is directly putting the United States and its military personnel at risk.

There are already documented instances of terrorists being released from Guantanamo and then returning to the battlefield and killing Americans. More than 20% of all enrollees into this Saudi "rehab" program end up returning to the battlefield to wage jihad. What Obama is doing has real consequences.
