Just yesterday, the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia issued a ruling that officially revives a lawsuit concerning the Clinton email scandal.

Essentially, the Judge has ordered the State Dept to refer the case to the DOJ and FBI so they can compel Clinton to turn over all of her work emails, not just hose she chooses...

The Obama administration argued that holding Clinton to the 'honor system' for returning government property would be sufficient. When I read this, I laughed. This is the family that was caught stealing furniture from the White House... And now the Obama administration wants to trust her to hand over government documents?

The Court was forced to revive the lawsuit because of the mountain of new evidence showing that Clinton did not turn everything over. As you read this, the State Department is still reviewing work emails that the FBI recovered off of Clinton's server, but were never handed over before.

When the FBI searched Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner's computers, they reported that they found "near-duplicate emails." That is the politically correct way of saying that they found parts of email chains that they had never seen before...

Clinton lied about turning over all work-related documents. We know that because the FBI recovered emails that the Clinton camp tried desperately to destroy.

Hillary Clinton lied to the American people and we held her accountable at the ballot box. But what about the lies Hillary told Congress under oath?

My biggest fear was that Hillary Clinton would win the Presidency and use her victory to dismantle the investigation against her. What does it say about us if we use her defeat as an excuse to do the same?

Justice has to be blind and the DC Circuit Court's latest ruling provides even more evidence that Hillary Clinton lied to Congress under oath.
