The Obama administration has just shut down a major Border Patrol program. Operation Phalanx was responsible for capturing 110,000 illegal aliens. Even though it is completely funded and staffed, Obama shut it down.

Now, illegal aliens, human traffickers, and drug mules are pouring across the border. Without the aerial surveillance of Operation Phalanx, there is no way for agents on the ground to catch all of them...
