Obama Planning Last-Minute Surrender of Our Sovereignty

Last week, when John Kerry attended the UN Conference in Mexico, he had been authorized to give away even more taxpayer money to this international agreement that Congress never even ratified. $2.5 billion, to be exact.

The United Nations told him to hold off because they were going to slow-walk the treaty after Trump's election.

President Trump will be able to undo all of Obama's EPA executive actions but he will not be able to claw back the money that Obama gives away to the UN. Obama realizes he's running out of time.

It is now or never. Either we force Congress - which just went back into session - to defund Obama's plan or he will get away with violating the Constitution yet again!

Last week, John Kerry arrived at the UN Climate Meeting in Marrakech, Morocco and was been authorized to complete the President's promise to fund the international treaty that Congress never ratified. The UN told him to hold off. They had chosen to slow-walk the treaty after Trump's election.

Obama promised to give the UN Climate Treaty $3 Billion of American taxpayer money. He has already delivered $500 million.

This is unconstitutional. You and your colleagues never appropriated this money and never ratified the treaty.

You MUST stop him. Not in a week... not in a month... you need to stop him now. There is a still a window to defund Obama's plans, but that window is closing. Now that the UN has announced the treaty's future is uncertain, Obama has even more of a reason to surrender the remainder of the $3 billion before Trump takes office.

The easiest way to stop Obama is by pulling funding because of the UNFCCC's inclusion of Palestine as a member state.

US law prohibits us from participating in any international body that "grants full membership as a state to any organization or group that does not have the internationally recognized attributes of statehood."

The UN has given Palestine membership in the UN Climate Treaty. Palestine is not a state. If Palestine has full membership, then you have the authority to defund US involvement in the treaty organization.

If this is the loophole that lets you put a stop to Obama's unconstitutional and illegal implementation of this treaty, then you must use it!

Obama has absolutely no right to do what he is doing, especially after the American people overwhelmingly voted down his climate agenda, and if you refuse to stop him, I have no choice but to assume you support this lawlessness...

The Founders included the Treaty Clause in the Constitution for a reason. No President can have the authority to bypass Congress to appeal to the UN!

Either you are going to stop this lawlessness or you support surrendering US sovereignty to the United Nations. Pick a side.
