I don't want to just throw Hillary Clinton in jail. I want her to face the same justice system that anyone not named Clinton would face.

The evidence that you have against her is staggering.

She testified that she had turned over all work related emails. The FBI confirmed that was incorrect and the State Department asked a judge for an additional 5 years to vet all of the deleted Clinton emails that the FBI found on her server. Wikileaks emails also show that Clinton's lawyer advised her campaign not to let her claim that she "turned everything over" because that would be a lie. She ignored his advice and did so anyway.

Clinton testified that she never sent or received Classified material. She was an Original Classification Authority. It was her job to mark all Classified documents accordingly. When it was revealed that there were thousands of classified pages that she never marked - as required by law - Clinton pivoted to saying that she never received anything marked Classified. When the FBI produced emails with "Confidential" markings, Clinton said she didn't know what those were. But she signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon becoming Secretary of State, acknowledging that she knew how to identify Classified information and that she had a responsibility to safeguard it regardless of markings.

Finally, Clinton testified that her lawyers went through every email. The FBI announced that this was incorrect and that Clinton's lawyers were not thorough in their search for work emails, hence the reason the FBI recovered thousands of deleted work emails off the server.

You sent Hillary Clinton, her staff, and IT contractors a Congressional preservation order. Just 3 weeks after receiving these orders, her staff held a conference call with the IT firm and then within hours, the back-up records had been destroyed.

Our biggest fear was that Hillary Clinton would win and use her gained power to shutter these investigations. What would it say about us if we allowed her sudden loss of power to justify doing the same?

No one is asking you to lock her up. All we want is for justice to prevail. You need to hold Hillary Clinton and her staffers in Contempt of Congress and forward all of this evidence of perjury, obstruction, and graft to a Grand Jury so that a jury of her peers - not a room full of political allies - can decide her fate.

Do not let the Congressional investigation get shuttered!
