Right now, the President has increased unvetted Syrian refugee admittance by more than 20%. If you allow the CR to fund these refugee programs at their current levels, then Obama will have the power to bring tens of thousands of unvetted and under-vetted refugees into the country before Trump takes office.

The American people spoke out loudly and clearly. Hillary Clinton proposed increasing Obama's unvetted Middle Eastern refugee program by 550%. Donald Trump campaigned on a promise to end it entirely. The American people chose the latter.
