Many Republicans are terrified. They are terrified at the prospect of actually having to vote to confirm a Conservative Supreme Court justice.

They are working behind the scenes to push Merrick Garland's confirmation through. But he is just one of Obama's 59 judicial nominees waiting for a confirmation vote.

Almost all of these Leftists can be confirmed if just 5 or 6 liberal Republicans vote alongside Democrats.

They have more than enough votes to accomplish this.

If the Turncoat Republicans get away with this, it will have disastrous effects on our Republic for generations to come.

In a little over a month, Americans will choose the next President of the United States.

There are currently 59 judicial vacancies, including the vacancy left by Justice Scalia's passing. The fact that you and your colleagues are even considering putting more leftist, activist judges onto the bench is UNACCEPTABLE.

In order for Merrick Garland to be added to the Supreme Court, it would take 16 Republicans voting alongside Democrats in order to push the nominee through. The votes are there.

But for the 58 other nominees, it takes just a simple majority in the Senate. That means that only 6 Republicans would have to jump ship to make Obama's dreams a reality.

I am writing you to tell you that it is patently unacceptable to move even one of Obama's nominations forward.

There is already word leaking out that many of your colleagues are preparing to confirm Garland and Obama's other nominees regardless of the outcome of the election.

They are pressuring Chuck Grassley to hold committee hearings "just in case" Hillary wins and then plan to rally with the Democrats to push Garland and other leftist nominees through during the full vote. Some of them even met with Garland when he recently traveled to Capitol Hill.

If you vote for any of these leftist nominees, or step aside and allow a vote to move forward, you will have lost my vote for life.

I will do everything in my power to remove you from office and elect your next competitor. That's not a threat, it's a promise. The future of the Supreme Court, and the Judiciary as a whole, is too important to let you and your colleagues surrender like this!
