Clinton Server Tech Defies Subpoena, Refuses to Appear Before Congress

Bryan Pagliano, the man who set-up and managed Hillary Clinton's private email server, broke the law this morning.

He was served with a lawful Congressional subpoena and completely ignored it, refusing to even appear before the committee.

The 5th Amendment doesn't give him the right to not show up. He violated the law by ignoring this subpoena.

There is not a strong push within Congress to charge this man with Contempt of Congress. Under the law, Congress has the power to charge him, arrest him, and imprison him until he agrees to testify.

The GOP leadership is doing everything in their power to stop this from moving forward.

It is up to YOU to DEMAND that Bryan Pagliano be held in Contempt of Congress immediately!
