This week, the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia declared that it is not convinced that the IRS has ended its program targeting Conservative groups.

The Court is forcing the IRS to prove that it is no longer targeting Americans based on their political beliefs.

Thanks to your colleagues, Congress will actually vote on whether to impeach IRS Commissioner John Koskinen.

Koskinen lied to Congress multiple times.

He swore under oath that Lois Lerner's hard drives were being preserved even though he knew that they were being incinerated.

Under Commissioner Koskinen’s watch, the IRS destroyed 422 back-up tapes that contained as many as 24,000 emails pertaining to the IRS’ illegal targeting of Conservative organizations. This all happened while the IRS was legally required to preserve the evidence.

Additionally, newly uncovered FBI documents prove that the IRS knew about the targeting scheme years before previously thought. And contrary to Koskinen's claim that the targeting was a "mistake," the FBI documents prove that it was deliberate and that the IRS knew it was deliberate.

Lies on top of lies on top of lies.

When people come before a Congressional committee and go under oath, that has to mean something!

If you won't hold this man responsible for his lies, then you are broadcasting to the whole world that they can lie to Congress with impunity.
