The Obama administration has forced the FBI agents who worked the Clinton case to sign non-disclosure agreements. Unlike the national security NDA that Hillary signed at the State Department where she promised not to mishandle classified information, the administration has promised that these new NDAs will be strictly enforced.

An FBI agent who talks about the Clinton investigation will now face more jail time than Hillary Clinton will for mishandling our nation's top secret information.

The fact that you referred Hillary to the FBI was a great first step, but if there is any hope of Hillary Clinton answering for her crimes, you need to use every tool at your disposal. That includes formally holding Hillary Clinton in Contempt of Congress.

She gave false statements under oath. That is provable. But as long as the Obama administration gets to decide whether or not to impanel a Grand Jury, Hillary Clinton will never be prosecuted.
