Utter Defiance: Obama STILL Giving Out Amnesty to Illegal Aliens, Despite Court Injunction

One year ago, Republican leadership promised that if the court battles failed, they would defund Obama's amnesty.

With Justice Scalia's passing, it is STATISTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for us to win this case at the Supreme Court. The votes just aren't there. The best we can hope for is a 4-4 tie, which will not fully end the program.

And now, instead of honoring their oath and defunding this unconstitutional program, they are wrote an amicus brief -- aka a sternly worded letter -- to the Supreme Court asking them to rule in our favor. Meanwhile, the Obama administration was caught once again handing out amnesty documents to illegal aliens, in complete violation of the law.

None of this is good enough! FaxBlast Congress and DEMAND that they honor their oaths to defund this amnesty program and remove Obama's criminal bureaucrats from power or else We the People will remove them from office!

Exactly one year ago, Congressional leaders promised to defund Barack Obama's amnesty if the court battles fail.

With Justice Scalia's passing, it is statistically impossible for the Supreme Court to rule in our favor. The court fight has failed.

Obama has prosecutorial discretion. All prosecutors have that. But what the President does NOT have is the right to bestow benefits upon these illegal aliens.

Your predecessors added language to the US Code prohibiting illegal aliens from working in this country. This isn't a suggestion. This is the law. Anyone in the country illegally simply cannot work here.

The Department of Homeland Security has just admitted to doling out even more illegal alien amnesty documents in complete defiance to a court order. Obama has instructed his subordinates to mail 11 million illegal aliens a social security card and working papers the minute the Supreme Court greenlights the program. It's patently illegal and unconstitutional.

The question you need to ask is whether Congress can possibly defund this amnesty program in the few days between the Supreme Court's ruling and the envelopes reaching illegal alien households. The fact is you can't. There won't be enough time.

Both the House and Senate chose to write an amicus brief to the Supreme Court. Is this a joke? Seriously, am I really supposed to believe that complaining about executive tyranny is the best you can do?

Last year, you didn't promise to draft a sternly worded letter. You promised to defund the program once and for all and remove all criminals from power who are violating the law and the constitution. That time has come.

This is your last chance. I'm done with the excuses. Either you defund Obama's amnesty this week and punish all those lawbreakers or we the people will  have no choice but to remove you from office one way or another!
