The House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives just subpoenaed LeRoy Carhart to testify before the Committee on Monday.

This man is one of the last late-term abortion providers left in the country and in the past few years, has sent dozens of women to the emergency room after botched procedures.

Even worse, however, is the accusation that he is giving birth to viable babies and then murdering them in the delivery room. Apparently, that is easier than performing an abortion.

Then, it is alleged that he sells off the murdered child's organs.

This is despicable.

None of this would be happening if you and your colleagues had passed the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. This would have outlawed abortions after the 20th week, which is already the law in 17 states.

There aren't a lot of these late-term abortions being performed, but it is estimated that this legislation would save 27 children every day.

It has been 243 days since you gave up on trying to get this bill passed. Over 6,500 viable children capable of feeling pain have been murdered inside the womb.
