We are running out of time. At literally any moment, Sgt. 1st Class Charles Martland's appeal will be decided.

This is the Army Green Beret and Bronze Star recipient who is being discharged for 'pushing' a confessed Afghan child rapist.

A local mother came up to Martland and his unit and begged the Americans to stop the local police commander from kidnapping and raping her son. When an Army medic examined the young boy, they confirmed that he had been savagely raped.

When the Sergeant confronted the Afghan, the police officer confessed to everything. He confessed to kidnapping the boy, chaining him to a bed, and raping him for a week and a half. Then the police commander dared the soldier to do something about it.

Martland lost his composure and pushed the rapist. He knocked him over.
