Confirmed: Obama Sidestepping Congress on Iran Deal

The law says that Congress gets the first say on Obama's nuclear deal with Iran. The Constitution says that Congress must ratify all international agreements.

So why is Congress just sitting by while Obama submits this deal to the UN Security Council first?

If Obama isn't stopped right now, it doesn't matter how Congress votes. The deal would be forced down Americans throats.
