This is it. We're running out of time. The Repiblicans are still moving forward with surrendering their treaty powers to Obama once again. This time, they are giving Obama even more power to negotiate a trade agreemet with Asia.

John Boehner and the establishment Republicans have promised to give President Obama the power to negotiate the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement on his own and add whatever he wants to it. Even worse, Congress would be powerless to stop him.

He could ban all firearm imports from Asia and Congress would be powerless to stop it. Give amnesty to illegal Asian immigrants and Congress wouldn't be able to take it out.

You CAN'T allowed this to happen! These are the same people who campaigned against the Democrats for passing Obamacare without reading it and now they want to do the same with Obamatrade! Force Congress to abandon this foolish plan!

You and your colleagues are about to give Barack Obama, and his yet unnamed successor, fast-track authority to unilaterally negotiate a new trade agreement with Asia, known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). This is wrong.

In case you don't understand, let me explain it to you.

The 'fast-track' bill being put up for a vote gives the President the power to add whatever he wants to the TPP.

Gun control... amnesty... surrendering control of the Internet... these are all not only possible, but doable. And Congress wouldn't be able to stop it.

Can you name one time that giving Obama more power actually turned out well?

You can't. When Obama wasn't given more power, he seized it to push his agenda. Yet again, he is asking you to give up your treaty powers and just "trust" him.

If you vote to approve this legislation, you are giving the President a blank canvas to literally do whatever he wants. You criticized Congress for passing Obamacare without reading it, now you are about to do the same for Obamatrade.

Trade agreements can be good for this country. They can create jobs and prosperity. However, they can also be devastating. It all depends on what is written in them.

You need to make the Trans-Pacific Partnership drafts available to the public. Only then can you possibly vote for this. You represent the American people, not corporate interests.

To approve a massive trade agreement you haven't even read is shameful. But to give the President a blank check to add whatever he wants to the agreement is even worse!

You cannot vote for this! I won't allow it. If you do, we will work around the clock to defeat you.
