Good News: 5th Circuit Denies Obama’s Amnesty Appeal!

Yesterday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Obama administration's appeal of Judge Andrew Hanen's injunction.

“The public interest favors maintenance of the injunction,” the judges wrote in the majority opinion. “Because the government is unlikely to succeed on the merits of its appeal of the injunction, we deny the motion for stay.”

This is good news, but there's more to be done. The Obama administration has completely ignored the previous injunction and processed amnesty applications anyway. A court order won't stop this President.

The only thing that will stop this is an Act of Congress and the only way that can ever happen is if you put the fear of God into them!

Here it is. In February, you and your colleagues said that you wanted the courts to handle Obama's amnesty bureaucracy.

Well, it doesn't get any clearer than what the 5th Circuit Court decided yesterday.

The White House's response? They claim that the judges "chose to misinterpret the facts."

Chose to misinterpret the facts? Can it get any more arrogant than that?

When Judge Andrew Hanen initially issued his injunction, do you know what the Obama administration did? They kept processing amnesty applications anyway.

A court order isn't going to stop this madness. Only an Act of Congress will.

Obama has essentially done two things. He has decided to selectively enforce immigration law by suspending deportations and he has decided to bestow benefits to criminals who continue to violate our country's immigration law.

The President doesn't have the authority to enact either of these...

If you surrender to this, we will remove you from office.

If you are in a leadership position, we won't rest until you lose that title. If you are up for re-election, we will make sure you lose.

It really is simple. The American people want this amnesty bureaucracy dismantled. Anything short of that is unacceptable and you need to understand that.
