GOP Selling You Out, Approving Radical Attorney General

Congress is voting TODAY on whether to confirm Loretta Lynch as the next Attorney General. Even though 91% of the GOP opposes her nomination, Mitch McConnell is going to allow the vote to go forward anyway. Then, when the handful of "Republicans" vote along with the Democrats, McConnell can give Obama exactly what he wants without getting his hands dirty.

Loretta Lynch is rabidly anti-gun, anti-freedom, and anti-rule-of-law. She supports Obama's radical use of executive orders/actions and she has refused to comment on Hillary Clinton's email scandal.

Elections have consequences. If Obama wants an Attorney General, he's needs to nominate a moderate.

Otherwise, it is up to YOU to force Congress to abandon this confirmation vote before it's too late!

Loretta Lynch is not a moderate. She is a radical.

She supports a ban on commonly owned semi-automatic rifles and standard capacity magazines; She supports the President's use of executive orders/actions to circumvent Congress; She would defend the President's unconstitutional and unlawful amnesty programs; and when asked whether she would prosecute Hillary Clinton or other bureaucrats for breaking the law, she had no comment.

The Senate is voting today on her confirmation. GOP leadership is going to allow the vote to go forward and then vote "no" in an attempt to save face with the base. But by allowing the vote, they might as well vote "yes."

If you allow this vote to move forward, then it is no different than you voting yes.

If President Obama wants a new Attorney General, he is going to need to nominate a moderate, not someone who would ignore more of the Constitution than she would protect!

The Attorney General, like every Executive officer, is forced to take an oath of office pledging to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic."

The answers she gave during the confirmation process proves she is unfit to perform this duty.

Whether you are in the House or the Senate, you have an obligation to do everything in your power to stop this confirmation vote. Anything short of that will be seen as supporting this radical's confirmation.

The only reason we are in this position is because Harry Reid's "Nuclear Option" still stands. The GOP railed against this when Harry Reid lowered the filibuster threshold in 2013. Now it is time to return the threshold to 60-votes. No excuses. By keeping Harry Reid's nuclear option in play, you are allowing radicals to be confirmed. Maintaining the status quo is no different than voting for these radicals.
