Spineless GOP Pushing Through Obama's Radical Attorney General Nominee

Don't let the GOP cave again! Right now, Mitch McConnell is making back room deals to find a way to get Loretta Lynch confirmed as the next Attorney General. And the bad news is that five Republicans have promised to vote 'yes' if the vote is brought to the floor. That's enough to make this radical the next Attorney General.

We spent the last six years living under an Attorney General who flouted the law and selectively enforced it. We need an Attorney General that has respect for the Constitution and the rule of law, not someone who is willing to stand by while they are trampled.

You need to raise your voice and make sure that the GOP understands that this radical cannot be confirmed under any circumstances. This is the only way to stop it. McConnell and the RINOs want to make a deal.

Loretta Lynch is simply too radical to become the next Attorney General. On every issue, she has failed the test.

She believes that Barack Obama has the authority to write and rewrite the law as he sees fit using Executive Orders. She couldn't even give a straight answer about whether the Executive Branch can use drone strikes against American citizens on U.S. soil. She supports Obama's radical gun control agenda and accepts that illegal aliens are simply 'Americans in waiting.'

There's no requirement that Loretta Lynch be confirmed. The Senate needs to scrap her confirmation and start over with someone who will actually enforce the Constitution and the law, not watch as it is trampled.

You cannot allow this radical to be confirmed. I don't care what the Party leadership is trying to negotiate. Forcing the Democrats to vote on the Hyde Amendment is not a fair trade for pushing this radical through.

There can be no compromise on this. And the Democrats agree. They were presented with the opportunity to vote for the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act in exchange for Loretta Lynch's confirmation and they still voted it down.

It's time to just scuttle this entire confirmation. Loretta Lynch has been in limbo for half a year. That is because she is such a divisive and radical candidate. That isn't going to change. Her views on Obama's executive orders aren't going to change.

And neither should your opposition to her change.

The American people DEMAND that you halt Loretta Lynch's confirmation for good.
