Democrats Defy Supreme Court’s Obamacare Ruling!

The Supreme Court just ruled that religious business owners couldn’t be forced to provide birth control and abortion-inducing drugs under Obamacare. The Obama administration fought this tooth-and-nail, but eventually, the Supreme Court defended the first amendment rights of these business owners.

Instead of accepting the Supreme Court’s ruling, the Democrats announced plans to circumvent the ruling using executive orders. Instead of accepting their fate, they are going to push through an even more unconstitutional Obamacare 2.0… Unless we join together stop them!

But where is your exemption? If the Obamacare birth control mandate violates religious freedom, why can’t We the People opt-out as well? Tell Congress that you DEMAND an exemption from Obamacare!

Drawing off of the Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling, the High Court ruled that the first amendment right to freedom of religion applies to business owners a well as ordinary citizens.

While the Left is making the Hobby Lobby case out to be a “war on women,” the only thing that Monday’s ruling changes is that religious business owners can no longer be forced to provide abortion-inducing drug coverage to their employees.

Again, the Left is making this out to be a huge ruling, but in reality, Hobby Lobby only opposed four types of drugs. To this day, they are still providing health insurance coverage for the other 16 drugs mandated by the government.

But they objected to the 4 drugs that literally cause abortions because it goes against their deeply held religious beliefs.

If business owners have religious freedom and have the right to opt-out of Obamacare… where is MY exemption?

Seriously… where is my exemption? Do my first amendment rights not matter or do I need to start my own business in order to have my natural rights recognized?

The fact of the matter is that the contraception mandate is just one of the many stupid portions of the Affordable Care Act. Nancy Pelosi said that you and your colleagues needed to pass the bill to find out what was in it, and on multiple occasions, the courts have ruled that the bill contains stupid and unconstitutional provisions!

The American people don’t need a bloated law that forces the elderly to pay for maternity coverage, for adults to pay for pediatric coverage, and for nuns to pay for abortion coverage!

WAKE UP! The American people don’t want this law… they don’t need this law… and they can’t physically afford this law.

You MUST craft an exemption for the American people. You exempted yourself, and now the courts have forced you to exempt religious businesses and organizations. The American people DEMAND an exemption! If you won’t give one to us, we will replace you with someone who will!
