For weeks we have been talking about the weaponization of law enforcement and the Biden regime’s continuous violations of our civil liberties and the Bill of Rights.
As we reported yesterday, there are 14 new whistleblowers attesting to these violations – and that is in addition to those who came forward prior to the unconstitutional raid on Mar-a-Lago.
In a statement released Monday, following a filing in the Southern District of Florida, President Trump announced that he is going on offense. Not a moment too soon.
“We have just filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida strongly asserting my rights, including under the Fourth Amendment of our Constitution, regarding the unnecessary, unwarranted, and unAmerican Break-In by dozens of FBI agents, and others, of my home, Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida,” the 45th President said in a statement.
Unlike the whistleblower coverage, this statement is picking up steam in the mainstream media. Not for honorable reasons, mind you, but to reaffirm the position of The State:
NBC News: “‘Having carefully reviewed the Affidavit before signing the Warrant, I was — and am — satisfied that the facts sworn by the affiant are reliable,’ wrote Judge Bruce Reinhart of the Southern District of Florida.”
CNBC: “DOJ spokesman Anthony Coley, in a statement on Trump’s action, said, ‘The Aug. 8 search warrant at Mar-a-Lago was authorized by a federal court upon the required finding of probable cause. The Department is aware of this evening’s motion. The United States will file its response in court.’”
Newsweek: “The search warrant has been unsealed and released at the request of the DOJ. The warrant makes it clear that the search of the former president's home was conducted as part of an investigation into potential violations of multiple federal laws including the Espionage Act.”
Clearly the allegedly free press in America has chosen a side. Remember, they are silent about this:
“Another slew of whistleblowers have come forward with misconduct claims against the FBI following the Bureau's raid on former President Donald Trump's Florida estate. FBI field offices in Miami, Salt Lake City, Buffalo and Newark face accusations that their upper management coerced agents to sign false affidavits, inflated terrorism caseloads to improve their apparent performance, engaged in illicit sexual activities, or concealed those of others, according to the Washington Times.” - Just the News
The unnecessary and politically-motivated raid on Mar-a-Lago this month has others waking up to the reality that this federal agency has lost its way. The Biden DOJ has weaponized federal law enforcement to go after any American who opposes scrotus’ dangerous and unamerican agenda. Even former presidents.

ATTENTION CONGRESS:
As additional details surface about the raid on Mar-a-Lago, it’s becoming clearer that this is a politically-motivated violation of President Trump’s Fourth Amendment rights.
The State is escalating.
We the People stand with President Trump and the demand remedy for this egregious overreach of The State.
Where is Congress? Where are YOU?
President Trump had more votes than any incumbent President in US History. And yet, on Monday, the Department of Justice had the FBI raid Mar-a-Lago, less than 100 days prior to the midterm elections.
We the People remember when Hillary couldn’t be prosecuted for her emails so close to an election – according to the FBI. We remember the claims of “Russian Disinformation!” about the Hunter Biden laptop – from the FBI.
But this DOJ is out of control, as evidenced by the multiple whistleblowers who have come out as such. The prior congress treated whistleblowers a certain way. You won’t even mention these. Why?
According to the ACLU:
“Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees that ‘the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.’ The amendment arose from the Founders’ concern that the newly constituted federal government would try to expand its powers and undermine rights that were guaranteed to Americans by the common law and their state constitutions. Based on experience, they knew that equipping government officers with unfettered discretion to search and seize would be a formidable means of oppressing ‘the people.’”
The Founder’s concern has been fully realized.
The FBI is implicated in inciting the riot on January 6th. We the People have seen the footage. If the cause for this raid is J6, then this raid amounts to a cover-up and obstruction of justice.
If President Trump had one accomplishment that was greater than all the others, it was reigniting the Fire of Liberty in the American People.
It burns hot.
