The United States economy created more than 7.5 million jobs in May and June combined. This is what happens when artificially imposed lockdowns are ended and people are allowed to go back to work.
But in July, we saw the fake news and Democrats make a concerted push to re-impose the lockdowns and shutter the American economy. This is political. Democrats know that if Trump goes into November with a strong economy, he is unbeatable. If the virus won't ruin the economy, they are determined to do it themselves.
The Left knows that the best way to defeat Trump is to destroy the American economy. And the way to do that is to stop people from going back to work by paying them more to stay home...
My wife lost her job in March. She had a good paying job in the oil industry, but when the price of oil crashed, she ended up getting laid off. For millions of Americans, however, they are making more on unemployment than they ever would working and that is proving to be a serious problem...
Now, when businesses start re-opening and offering their employees their jobs back, the workers are refusing to show up. Why would someone show up to earn 15 an hour when unemployment gives them the equivalent of 20? There are businesses all across this country who are still closed, not because the were ordered to close by the government, but because they can't get their employees to leave unemployment and start working again.Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer just vetoed a GOP plan to provide short-term coronavirus relief.
Pelosi and Schumer are holding our economy hostage and demanding that the Republicans pass their so-called "Heroes Act" as-written, or else they will allow the economy to implode. And right now, the GOP is meeting with them behind closed doors to meet them halfway..
Nancy Pelosi's bill is called the Heroes Act because would give first responders, like police, rewards for their work during the pandemic. Police officers would get better pay, better benefits, and police departments would receive more federal funding to better equip their officers. Amazingly, the same Democrats who endorsed this plan back in May to reward police officers are the same ones now demanding that we defund the police instead...
Democrats always do this. They tack a feel-good name onto a massive spending bill to make it harder for GOPers to vote against it, and then they load it up with the most radical proposals we have ever seen. As an example, the so-called Heroes Act would include 50 million in funding to support "Environmental Justice." What is "environmental justice?" I kid you not, it is the Left's belief that the weather is racist...
The Heroes Act includes a federal mandate that all states adopt full mail-in voting, legalize ballot harvesting, and a provision that would outlaw states' voter ID requirements. This is literally designed to help the Democrats steal the election.
The Heroes Act includes a bailout for political lobbyists, allowing lobbying firms to access the same coronavirus relief funds as non-profit organizations. It would erase hundreds of billions in student loan debt. The bill provides specific bailouts for the cannabis industry. It would label illegal aliens as "critical workers" to protect them from deportation. And it would bail out liberal cities and states who were on the brink of bankruptcy before the pandemic even hit. The list literally goes on and on...
And at the end, the Democrats would extend the bonus unemployment benefits until January of 2021, ensuring that the economy never recovers in time for the election because people on unemployment will get paid more than they would at their jobs.
This is it. This is the fight of the year.
If this bill passes, the Democrats get 3 Trillion in radical leftist spending, millions of illegal aliens will receive amnesty, the economy will get dragged down again, and Joe Biden will become President. That is what happens if the Democrats get their way.
And the idiot Republicans are trying to negotiate with them. They want to meet the Democrats "halfway."
You MUST stop them!
The future of this country will be decided this week.
With the coronavirus unemployment benefits expiring at the end of the week, Republicans are being pressured to give in to the Left's demands.
If that happens, we will lose our Republic.
That is why it is so important to fight back right now before it's too late!
