The Democrats have identified 63 Republican seats in the House of Representatives that they want to flip this year.
Of those, how many Democrat candidates do you think support the 2nd Amendment?
One. Only one Democrat running in West Virginia -- a state that Trump won by 41 percent -- has said he supports the right to keep and bear arms. Every other Democrat running in a competitive district is promising to pass new gun control if elected in November.
This is why the GOP is swinging so far to the left on guns. They are terrified of losing their power, so they are trying to "compromise" with gun control advocates on the 2nd Amendment.
They are actually looking to trade your God given rights away so they can hold onto their power. The establishment's new plan is more dangerous than anything that Obama ever proposed!

Democrats are demanding new gun bans. Not only do they want to ban semi-automatic firearms, but they also want to change the minimum age for gun ownership, which would disarm tens of millions of Americans between the ages of 18 and 21.
The GOP is desperate to "compromise." Their plan is to make it easier for the government to confiscate Americans' firearms.
You have a right to keep and bear arms. Gun control advocates believe it is a privilege, but it truly is a right.
The Founding Fathers made sure that if future governments turned against firearms, it would be incredibly difficult to disarm the American people.
Right now, there are only five ways that the Federal government can disarm an American. In order for someone to be disarmed, they must be (1) convicted of a felony or certain violent misdemeanor, (2) involuntarily admitted to a mental institution, (3) adjudicated mentally defective, (4) a fugitive from justice, (5) dishonorably discharged from the military. Technically, the government can also disarm someone who voluntarily gives up their American citizenship.
Americans are innocent until proven guilty and in order for someone to lose their 2nd Amendment rights, they need to be proven guilty of something. The GOP's new plan is to turn that on its head.
The leadership is still figuring out which bill to bring to the floor. Some want H.R. 5717, which was introduced by Reps. Susan Brooks (R-IN) and Fred Upton (R-MI). Others want to vote on a plan being drafted by Rep. John Katko (R-NY).
Whichever bill they actually choose, their plan is the same. These Turncoat Republicans want to use your taxdollars to help local and state police confiscate Americans firearms without even having to charge them with a crime. Instead of charging someone with a crime, police would be able to petition a judge to have a gun owner disarmed. It would then be up to the gun owner to hire a lawyer and prove he or she deserves the right to keep and bear arms.
This isn't America, but the GOP leadership is desperate to turn this gun control dream into reality!
Florida passed a law like this and just since March, they have disarmed over 450 gun owners. The latest report out claims that this new law has disarmed dozens of dangerous people. That's all. Out of 450 people, dozens were determined to be dangerous. In most Florida counties, judges have never rejected a request to disarm a gun owner.
They don't care how many innocent Americans get caught up in the crosshairs. To them, the ends justify the means.
Under this bill, hearsay would be enough to disarm a gun owner. All it would take is one neighbor or family member to tell police that someone is dangerous and the disarmament process would begin.
Think about that. The 2nd Amendment is supposed to protect an individual right and GOPers are pushing a plan that would encourage disarmament based on nothing but hearsay.
I've told the story before. I had a family member who went through a contentious divorce and his vengeful wife lied to police that he was threatening to hurt her. Within hours, his entire gun collection had been seized. Even though he was never even charged with a crime, the judge refused to award the firearms to him in the settlement. He STILL gets flagged when he tries to buy a gun.
This would be the new reality for millions of Americans if this plan passes.
Vulnerable Republicans are demanding a gun control vote this month. They think that's the only way to hold onto their seats. Ryan and McConnell are going to give it to them.
Democrats have one goal: to make gun ownership a crime. This bill moves towards that. It rewrites the law to turn gun control into a privilege instead of a right.
The GOP is looking to bring this bill up for a vote either this week or next.
It's not too late. But we need to kill surrender plan this right now!
