The Lake family was on their way home from Disneyland last weekend. When they were just a block away from their home, their vehicle was struck by a drunk driver.

The family's young 6-year-old son, Lennox, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition (shown above). When first responders reached the scene, the young victim wasn't breathing. Luckily, they were able to revive him. If they were even just a minute or two later to the scene, he would be dead.

The drunk driver's name is Constantino Banda-Acosta, an illegal alien who has been deported FIFTEEN times. That's right, Acosta has been kicked out of this country 15 times and each time, he walked right back across the border.

This is a weekly occurance: An illegal alien with a long criminal history and a list of previous deportations turns up, victimizing innocent Americans. This family was just trying to come home from a vacation. Had it not been for the quick response of first responders, they'd be planning a funeral right now. All because this illegal alien criminal has been allowed to re-enter the United States time after time without consequence.

And here is the real kicker. Even though he has been deported 15 times already, ICE is still forced to ask local law enforcement to give them custody of him. Because of sanctuary city regulations, these cops can technically refuse to hand him over if they want...

This is unacceptable. We are calling on all Conservatives to join us in pressuring Congress to pass Kate's Law. Named after Kate Steinle - who was tragically killed by an illegal alien repeat criminal in San Francisco - this bill would add mandatory prison time to illegal alien criminals caught re-entering the country.

Now is the time to rise up and demand that Congress pass Kate's Law!

Send your message to Congress now and tell them they must pass Kate's Law and go after illegal alien repeat criminals!

According to an ICE spokesman, Constantino Banda-Acosta has been deported 15 times since 2002. The most recent deportation came in January of this year.

Had Congress passed Kate's law last year, this man would now be facing five years in prison. Instead, he is going to get a slap on the wrist.

This is the cost of Congressional inaction. This young boy's blood is on Congress' hands...

There is no reason for this. House Republicans support Kate's law. Senate Republicans, and even some Democrats, have expressed their support for Kate's Law.

Here is what the bill would do. Any illegal alien convicted of a crime and then deported would be subjected to a 5 year minimum prison sentence if caught in the United States again. If they serve their 5 years, are deported, and come back, they would get a 10 year sentence. If they did it again, they'd be facing 20 years.

Without this law, this illegal alien criminal will be charged with drunk driving and deported once again. If he comes back, he won't be punished.

This has to stop!

Don't stay silent! Rise up and FORCE Congress to pass Kate's Law and add mandatory minimum sentences to illegal alien repeat criminals!

Bill O'Reilly was the leading spokesperson for this bill. With him off the air, there is no one in the media to pressure Congress to protect Americans from illegal alien repeat criminals. There is no one to rally the American people on this issue.

The bill has been introduced into Congress but no one is moving it forward. And as a result, no one is really talking about it and Congressmen and Senators aren't being forced to go on the record.

If you don't rise up right now, no one will. If you don't DEMAND that Congress pass Kate's Law right now, no one will. And the result is more tragedy like this...

Please, join us in this fight. Send your FaxBlast to Congress and DEMAND that they pass Kate's Law right now!
