It has happened again. An illegal alien previously deported EIGHT times got behind the wheel drunk and is accused of killing two innocent women.
Back in October, two women were killed in a hit-and-run crash just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. After months of investigating, the police finally have a suspect: Miguel Angel Villasenor-Saucedo. A warrant has been issued for his arrest, not for the killing, but for "illegal re-entry."
You see, he has been deported a total of eight times. The most recent deportation came in 2013.
Even with his record of multiple illegal entries and the fact that he is suspected of killing two innocent women, the most that Federal prosecutors are able to pursue is 2-years for illegal re-entry.
Let that sink in… This guy breaks our immigration laws no less than nine times, then he kills two people when he decides to drive drunk, and prosecutors can only pursue two years in prison…
This has to stop. Americans are literally being sacrificed at Barack Obama’s altar of political correctness. We need Kate’s Law NOW!
Kate’s Law is named after Kate Steinle. She was killed last year in San Francisco after a five-time deported illegal alien randomly decided to shoot her in broad daylight.
Kate’s law is simple: if an illegal alien is deported and then caught re-entering the United States, they get a mandatory minimum of 5-years in prison. If they serve their time, are deported, and then get caught re-entering the US again, the mandatory minimum jumps to 10-years in prison.
If they don't get the message and are caught re-entering the country again, they go away for 20-years…
If Kate’s law was on the books, Miguel Saucedo would be looking at serious jail time. Who knows, the prospect of these prison sentences might have been enough to keep him out of the country when he was deported in 2013. These two women would still be alive…
This is the face of Barack Obama’s amnesty: Innocent Americans die and illegal aliens travel back and forth across the border with impunity.
Earlier this year, Kate’s Law passed the House of Representatives. But when it got to the Senate, it was filibustered by Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV). One man was able to stop the legislation from moving forward.
Well, guess what? Yesterday, Sen. Reid gave his farewell speech. He did not run for re-election in 2016 and is instead retiring. We are now just days away from losing the only vocal opponent to Kate’s Law.
It is more important now than ever before to rise up and DEMAND that Congress pass this legislation! Once again, we are confronted with a tragedy that Kate’s Law could have prevented. These two women are dead because Congress refused to act and because of their inaction, the worst that their killer will face is a 2-year prison sentence…
Every week, we hear of another case where an illegal alien with multiple deportations kills or gravely injures innocent Americans.
It is time to end this.
Our goal today is to bombard Congress with 100,000 faxes to force them to take up Kate's Law again and use every tool at their disposal to pass it. But we need your help!
