Dear Conservative,

There aren't a lot of times you'll hear me say this, but John Boehner is absolutely right: "What the hell is this, a joke?"

That was Boehner's response during yesterday's press conference to the Obama administration's decision to delay Obamacare for the TWENTY-NINTH time... 

That's what our constitution is becoming... A running joke. The checks and balances so delicately designed by our founding fathers have been all but eliminated under the Obama Imperial Presidency.

We, as a country, had this debate in 1787 when we chose to live under a Constitutional Republic, not a monarchy!

Yet, for the 29th time, Barrack Hussein Obama has delayed another portion of the Affordable Care Act. Even though the administration swore weeks ago that the enrollment deadline for individuals would never be pushed back, the White House has announced that they plan to do just that! They are giving people another 15 days to enroll in this god-forsaken healthcare law and they are telling them to just use the "honor system."

Every time that the President has delayed a portion of the Affordable Care Act, we have called on Congress to just repeal the law. That won't work in this case. We have  a President who doesn't follow the law anyway! Barack Obama must be impeached! Then, and only then, can his signature healthcare law be struck from the record and replaced with something that actually works!

The Law is the Law! Tell Congress that it is time to impeach Barack Obama once and for all!

The law is crystal clear. The Affordable Care Act's Open Enrollment period closes at the end of March. The White House, however, has said that a delay is necessary to accommodate "those in line" on the Healthcare .gov portal. What on earth does that even mean!? This is a website, not a deli counter! The fact that the website still isn't capable of performing instantaneous transactions is embarrassing, to say the least.

Instead of blaming the website, however, Senator Harry Reid delivered a much simpler explanation for the latest Obamacare delay: Americans are just too stupid to understand how the Internet works.

No, that's not a joke. Harry Reid has announced that the delay is necessary to accommodate for millions of Americans who just aren't "educated on how to use the Internet." Forget about the fact that the Obamacare Website STILL doesn't work and forget about the fact that the Obama administration hasn't even bothered to put up a working Spanish-language site... now apparently it is YOUR fault. The Democrats think YOU are the one who is too dumb to function.

If the Democrats want to take a crash course in stupidity, I suggest they look in a mirror. Or, at the very least, they should turn their gaze to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue!

The fact is that this disdain for the American people trickles down from the President. He knows that he is a failure and he realizes that by every metric, his healthcare law is crumbling under its own weight. Whenever possible, he has altered or ignored parts of the law, not for your benefit, but so that he can hold on to this bogus notion that his policies are working!

Obama told you that you could keep your healthcare plan... That was a LIE! Not only that, but the law is actually designed to punish non-compliant plan holders MORE than people who have no insurance at all!

Obama told you that you could keep your doctor... That was a LIE! Most doctors don't want to do with Obamacare and the President even admits that you will probably have to switch your doctors and maybe even your hospital of choice!

Barack Obama promised you that your healthcare premiums would drop by $2500... That was a LIE! Have you checked your health insurance bill lately? Exactly the opposite is happening!

We could go into so many other reasons why Barack Obama deserves to be kicked out of office, and each one of those reasons is not without merit. However, on the Obamacare issue alone... Obama has repeatedly lied to the American people and has flagrantly violated the law and constitution to keep his healthcare law clinging to life!

The Law is the Law! Tell Congress that it is time to impeach Barack Obama once and for all!

These aren't the actions of a Commander-in-Chief... These are the actions of a criminal! Barack Obama MUST be impeached. Otherwise, this abominable healthcare law will remain in effect and we will continue to have a President who picks and chooses which parts of the law to obey and which parts to ignore!

So No, Speaker Boehner, this isn't a "Joke." In case you haven't noticed, this is the 29th time that Barack Obama has violated the Affordable Care Act and each time, Congress has done NOTHING but talk! Barack Obama should have been impeached 29 times already!

The time for talk is over! Either Congress impeaches the President for his crimes or the American people will have no choice but to hold everyone in Congress as complicit in this treachery! 

I urge you to let your voice be heard and tell Congress that this is their last chance to do right by the America people and remove this tyrant from office. Otherwise, We the People will replace them with someone who actually respects the constitution and the rule of law!
