We’re coming down to the wire. Now it is just two days until We the People cast our votes on Election Day.
But regardless of what the electorate decides, Barack Obama is still going to hand out amnesty like it is candy on Halloween...
I have talked to politicians who have told me to “let the system run its course.”
(This was the same advice the Obama administration gave when it refused to get involved in freeing Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi. But, I digress…)
We’ve seen what happens when we trust that the “system” will handle all of our problems. Of the 68,000+ illegal aliens who invaded the United States this past summer, only a small handful was ever deported.
Between July 18 and October 7, only 3,885 illegal aliens were issued deportation orders by Federal judges. That number is miniscule…
But to make it worse, 94% of these deportation orders (roughly 3,661) were done “in absentia,” meaning that the defendants (illegal immigrants) didn’t even show up to their hearing.
If this is the system working, then we need a new system!
I’m having a really hard time wrapping my head around this number. I knew that the percentage of “failure to appears” was high, but I never imagined that 94% of illegal aliens would just ignore and skip their deportation hearings.
The worst part is that since these records are sealed, we have no idea why they are being deported. In Obama’s America, it isn’t enough to just break our immigration laws. Even illegal alien murderers get a second chance; apparently, so these 3,661 deported no-shows must have done something really horrible.
But we’ll never know. They skipped their deportation hearing and now they’ve disappeared into society.
I understand that many people who have come here are bonafide refugees. I understand that many are legitimately fleeing violence and poverty. But as much as I feel for them, that empathy cannot be confused for weakness.
Just because some people are legitimate refugees, doesn’t mean we should let EVERYONE into the country no-questions-asked…
I think that is what terrifies me so much: not knowing who is here. It should terrify you too.
You have no idea who is coming across the border. They could be terrorists, violent criminals, drug smugglers, diseased, or any combination of the above.
They just discovered three Americans’ bodies on the Mexican side of the border. These three young Americans had been missing for two weeks but DNA evidence confirmed that it was the three siblings’’ bodies. Their captors murdered them.
The 3,661 illegals that skipped their immigration hearing to avoid deportation are just the tip of the iceberg. With Barack Obama’s amnesty executive order just THREE days away, it pains me to think that Congress is just going to sit by and watch the President give these criminals citizenship!
That cannot be allowed to happen! We cannot simply open up the door and allow anyone to come here!
With two days before the election, and EVERY member of the House of Representatives up for re-election, all eyes are on the constituency. This is when Congress is listening to the people. This is when your voice will be heard.
But the only way that will happen is if you get loud and demand action!
